With over 11 years of experience, I am a full-spectrum doula, lactation specialist, and maternal health educator supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss.
I specialize in lactation support, including relactation, induced lactation, and weaning, while combining evidence-based education with holistic, family-centered care. With a background in nursing and certifications in NRP, CPR/BLS, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens, I am committed to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for every family.
